Write to the people who make Recess, in English or Vietnamese.
hello@joinrecess.appWhat to write about
- A question about a game, or about Recess.
- A problem: a game that does not follow its rules, a table that will not connect, or a screen that looks wrong.
- An idea for a new game, or a rule you play differently at home.
- A question about privacy or your data.
- Schools, clubs and the press.
Report a problem from a table
At a table, open Chat options and tap Report a problem. The app writes the email for you, with the connection log that helps us find the cause. You read it, and add what happened, before you send it.
Report a player
In the same Chat options, tap Report to tell us about a player, or Block player to keep them away. A player you block cannot join your tables again. If someone made you feel unsafe, tell an adult you trust too.
Privacy
Recess has no accounts, and most of what it keeps stays on your phone. The privacy policy explains what the app sends and how to turn the usage counts off. For anything it does not answer, write to the address above.
